HELP !! computer problem

I bot laptop ,
and one day all of a sudden
everything just vanished from it
even the windows and i received an error message that system cudnt find 2 HDD's on the laptop.
..i dint even create a backup disk
How to fix this or how to retreive my backups ..
It wud be really great if anyone cud help me
